Ma died on Christmas Eve, 2003. But in my heart, I know this is a recipe she would have embraced. Thank you, Paula Ford, for this wonderful recipe!
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/4 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls.
In a double boiler, melt your chocolate (your choice - chocolate bark, chocolate melts, white chocolate, etc.)

Dried Beef Dip

1 pint mayonnaise
1 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons dillweed
2 tablespoons dried onion
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 jars or packages dried beef, chopped finely
1 round loaf of bread
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dillweed, dried onion, parsley flakes and chopped dried beef together in a small bowl and chill.
Carve out a cavitity in the bread, making a "bowl". Break pieces of bread into dip-sized pieces. Place bread "bowl" on a decorative plate. Fill with chilled dip ingredients. Stick some pieces of broken off bread into the dip and place the remainder of the pieces around the bread "bowl".
