Black Chocolate Cake


2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
3/4 cups cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup hot coffee (use 1 tablespoon instant coffee)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Mixture will be thin. Pour into 8 x 10 baking pan.

Bake in preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes. Cool completely before icing the cake.
